Ballet Floor-barre & Ballet Barre:
- Provides a full low-impact workout on the floor & at the barre
- Conditions and tones the body
- Improves core strength, flexibility, alignment, and posture
- Serves as an excellent preparation and supplement to ballet classes or other physical activities.
Students are guided through stretching and strengthening exercises in a systematic and thorough approach based on the fundamentals of classical ballet technique both on the floor and at the barre. Each student receives plenty of individualized attention.
