Reap the benefits of a low stress, low impact and highly rewarding form of exercise that tones the body, burns calories, increases core strength, improves flexibility, alignment, posture and boosts self-image. Students will be guided through a systematic and thorough approach to stretching and strengthening including extensive wall work. Through this ballet floor barre, students will gain greater knowledge of core support and control while studying classical ballet technique i.e. how to work efficiently, according to the laws of the body, as well receiving plenty of individualized attention. An excellent preparation and/or complement to our regular ballet classes as well all other forms of dance, sports and physical activities.
