Ballet Floor-barre:

  • provides a full low-impact workout
  • conditions and tones the body
  • improves core strength, flexibility, alignment, and posture
  • serves as an excellent preparation and supplement to ballet classes or other physical activities

Method

Students are guided through stretching and strengthening exercises in a systematic and thorough approach based on the fundamentals of classical ballet technique. Each student receives plenty of individualized attention.
