Following the success of our previous student recitals (2015 – 2017) as well as our student performances at the UofT Festival of Dance at the thHart House Theatre (2015 – 2017) and at Youth Day Toronto (2015), Ballet Espressivo will be presenting our now annual Christmas student recital on Sunday December 17, 2017 (3:30 – 5:30 p.m.). Students will be performing works choreographed by Donna Greenberg at the Ballet Espressivo recital.
This is a wonderful opportunity for Ballet Espressivo students to discover what it is like to perform in a more intimate setting. Students will learn how to study, prepare, and perform a choreographic work. They will have the opportunity to work on various technical and aesthetic aspects as well as develop their individual expressive abilities within the framework of an ensemble piece.
