Payment Policy:

Please confirm by email that you wish to make payment. Payment must be made in full upon registration by using online banking’s email interac transfer.. If using email interac transfer, payment must be made payable to Donna Greenberg and sent to the email address donna.r.greenberg@gmail.com. Be certain to email us the answer to your security question regarding the transaction.

Please note: Students have one week to send in their registration fee or their registration will be considered null and void.

All students must also complete the registration form.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds or credits once payment has been made for all classes.

There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy whereby failure to notify the instructor of a cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled class will result in forfeiture of the fee.

Missed Classes:

We do not offer refunds for any group classes missed. There will be no carry-over of missed classes from one session to another.

Dress Code:

Tight fitting stretch clothing (cropped pants, capris, or tights are preferred) and hair should be pulled up. NO BALLET SLIPPERS ARE REQUIRED FOR BALLET FLOOR BARRE/ BALLET BARRE CLASSES. BALLET CLASS students are required to wear ballet slippers. I recommend buying canvas shoes instead of leather although some students prefer leather. Best to purchase split-soled slippers and make certain the salespeople fit you properly!
